Sidetrack Laser’s High Country Section House was designed from a standard set of Plans for a Section House at Taconite Junction on the Duluth, Missabe & Northern Railway dated June 1909. It was felt this plan was generic enough, it would look at home just about anywhere you wanted to put it…..From the Missabe Iron Range to the Sierra Nevada’s & the High Cascades.

Kit Features: Laser Cut Structural Components, Peel 'n Stick Roofing and some Details.

With an additional Paint Purchase from one of your local Box or Large Discount Stores, you can turn the roofing into a Composition Style Shake roof as specified in our instructions.

The second Story Stairs and Door on the back were an addition to many of the Section Houses on the Duluth, Missabe & Northern System sometime in the Mid-1920's. We altered their design slightly to make them a little more layout friendly.

The kit also includes: Northeastern Scale Lumber's new Higher Detailed Doors & Windows, Cast Storage Box for the back porch as well as Cast Chimneys
